How can I contact you?
The customer, for any clarification and / or communication, can contact by phone ( 0173.612159 ) or by e-mail ( info@rossinicaffe.it ) the offices of Rossini Srl Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is accepted only through the systems listed below: Credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard) through the PayPal payment platform.
PayPal: online payment system that allows to any company or consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments, after registration. Payment is made through the PayPal payment platform.
Bank transfer: your order will be sent as soon as the bank confirms the payment. We remind you that the reason must contain the code of the order number you placed.
Can the products be shipped abroad?
Product shipments and deliveries can only be made in the territories of the Italian Republic, San Marino and Vatican City.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are charged to the buyer / recipient of the products.
The shipping cost is € 9.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 70.00 or for the purchase, in the appropriate section, of one of the "Box" products.
What are the delivery times?
All our shipments are entrusted to the services of private couriers or to Poste Italiane Spa.
Deliveries will be made within 3/6 working days from the date of shipment.
How do i return a product?
The withdrawal is effective only if it is exercised no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the products; the Consumer will take care of the return of the products at the aforementioned Rossini S.r.l. no later than the next 15 days.
