Terms and conditions of service
These general conditions of sale regulate the online purchase made by subjects residing in Italy through the website http://store.rossinicaffe.it, website owned by Rossini Srl, the company also owner and responsible for the e-commerce activity.
- Validity and effectiveness of the General Contract Conditions
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship, offer and sale of the Products between the Customer user of the Site (hereinafter the "Customer") and Rossini Srl, with registered office, factory and warehouse in Diano d ' Alba, Via Alba-Cortemilia n.137, cf - part. VAT and registration number in the Cuneo business register 02824720045.
By completing the online order, present on the Site, and sending the relative Confirmation, the Customer declares to have read and understood the General Conditions of Sale indicated in this document and all the information provided during the procedure of purchase, to accept them individually and as a whole and to be obliged to observe them. It is the Customer's responsibility and care to print and store (or otherwise archive) these General Conditions and the forms reproducing the characteristics of the purchase made. Rossini S.r.l. reserves the right to modify and / or update these general conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time of placing an order. Any changes will be effective after publication on the site.
- Products
Rossini S.r.l. is a company that operates in the market for the production and marketing of coffee and related products, including the marketing of accessories relating to the aforementioned product sector.
By product we mean any item offered for sale on the online trading platform http://store.rossinicaffe.it. Rossini informs the Customer as of now that the images of the products may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products represented. All support information for purchasing is to be understood as simple generic information material, not necessarily referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
The products presented may be unavailable or unavailable within the expected delivery times, as this depends on the stocks actually present in the warehouse. Orders may therefore be subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations according to stock availability. The non-availability of products in stock, even if present and indicated on the site, does not imply responsibility for Rossini S.r.l .. Following receipt of an order, Rossini S.r.l. will check in advance the availability of the ordered product and, only after this verification, will it communicate its acceptance of an order and the shipment of the product. Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order.
- Prices and Invoicing
The products are sold according to the prices indicated on the site. Prices are always inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs. Rossini will be able to make offers or discounts on the products offered for sale, which will always be highlighted in the margin of the products themselves.
In the event that the products are purchased by a person who holds the quality of "Consumer", the seller will issue, together with the delivery of the goods, the purchase receipt. In the event that the buyer does not have this quality, makes an express request and has fully communicated their data, the seller will issue a correct invoice using the information received from the customer.

Methods of payment
Payment is accepted only through the systems listed below:
Credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard) through the ShopifyPayment or PayPal payment platform, which can be selected at checkout. The amount of the order will be charged only upon actual approval of the order.
PayPal : online payment system that allows any company or consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments, after registering. Payment is made through the PayPal payment platform.
Bank transfer : your order will be sent as soon as the bank confirms the payment. We remind you that the reason must contain the code of the order number you placed.
After confirmation of payment, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
- Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, designed to allow identification of the Consumer and the contract, to be sent to Rossini Srl, at its headquarters in Diano d'Alba, Via Alba- Cortemilia n.137.
The withdrawal is effective only if it is exercised no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the products; the Consumer will take care of the return of the products at the aforementioned Rossini S.r.l. no later than the next 15 days. Within 20 days following receipt of the products subject to withdrawal, Rossini will fully refund the price paid by the Consumer with the exception of the shipping costs for the return of the products which will be borne by the consumer ( as foreseen by the judgment of 3 September 2009 of the section I, and judgment of 15 April 2010, section IV, EC Court of Justice ).
An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned. In the event that the Customer sends back the products after the aforementioned deadline or in the case of open and / or partially used products that do not lend themselves to being returned, the right of withdrawal will not apply and Rossini will return the Customer the purchased good by charging the cost of further shipping to the same.
