Product description

This incredible coffee takes its name from its Pacamara variety which is the natural mutation of the Paca and Maragogype varieties.

This quality is exported exclusively by BEO (El Benefcio de Exportacion de Occidente), a company based in Santa Rosa de Copan and formed by three cooperatives: Coacgrisal, Cafel and Coprocael. In particular, the Honduras Specialty Pacamara is produced by the Coacgrisal cooperative, holder of the most awards in the “Cup of Excellence” competition.

Honduras Pacamara is produced in the mountains of the Cordillera el Volcan and Guijo, located in the municipality of Trinidad at an altitude between 1,300 and 1,550 meters above sea level. Cherries ripen more slowly thanks to the shade of an Inga forest and fruit trees that characterize its notes in the cup.
