Shipping policy

Rossini will ship the purchased products exclusively to the destination specified in the purchase order. It will always be possible to indicate on the order form a shipping address other than the billing address. In any case, shipments to post office boxes are not accepted.

All our shipments are entrusted to the services of private couriers or to Poste Italiane Spa.

Deliveries will be made within 3/4 working days from the date of shipment for standard shipping and 1/2 days for fast shipping.

Rossini will not be responsible for non-compliance with contractual obligations to the extent that such non-fulfillment derives, directly or indirectly, from:

  1. a) causes not attributable to the same and / or force majeure;
  2. b) actions (or omissions) of the Purchaser including the failure to transmit the information and approvals necessary to proceed with the processing of the order and the consequent supply of the products;
  3. c) failure of the Purchaser to comply with the payment terms;
  4. d) inability to obtain the materials, components or services necessary for the execution of the work and the supply of products.

In the event that one of the aforementioned hypotheses occurs, Rossini will promptly notify the Buyer together with the quantification of the possible delay and the new delivery date. As soon as the shipment has started, Rossini will take care to send an e-mail confirming the departure of the order.

All products travel properly packaged; however, we recommend that you check the condition of the object and notify us of any damage due to the courier's lack of attention.

The courier is responsible for the delivery. Rossini undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products.
